What to expect at Delphi

Delphi Dining 🍴

On a day trip or a holiday to the resort enjoy a meal from our menu of homemade dishes in the 814 Restaurant while overlooking the scenery of the Mweelrea Mountains. Experience contemporary Irish dining with a twist with dinner in The Chef’s Table by Stefan Matz, which features an open kitchen allowing interaction with Stefan while he works to create dishes inspired by local foods. During the day, you can enjoy bar food in the 814 bar or relax with coffees and homemade cakes in the Wild Atlantic Café at the resort.

Luxury Accommodation 🛌

If you are looking to stay over at the resort, you are guaranteed to enjoy a blissful night’s sleep in our 4* Hotel, where our rooms are recently refurbished with Laura Ashley furnishings and all offer views of the surrounding landscape. Delphi Adventure Resort FAQs

Do activities at Delphi need to be booked in advance?

If at all feasible, Delphi Resort advises booking your activities up to two weeks in advance to prevent being disappointed when you arrive and discover that they are not available. For those who have reserved a package with included adventure activities, this is very crucial. Activities can be reserved here or over the phone if they’re part of your package.

Are there any age limits on Delphi activities?

Yes, certain activities have age restrictions. Ages 8 and up are suitable for the majority of activities. For more details on age restrictions, please go to the individual activity pages for the Delphi Resort.

Are there TVs in the bedrooms?

Despite not previously including TVs as a basic feature, Delphi Resort now has TVs in every bedroom.

What is check-in and check-out time at Delphi?

Both the check-in and check-out times are at 4 p.m. We will gladly hold your bags for you if you have activities before or after check-in or check-out and provide shower facilities when you depart.

Is there WiFi access in the rooms?

We do offer free WiFi connection all over the Resort. However, because of our mountainous position, the internet occasionally goes down or is quite slow.

Is there a swimming pool at Delphi Resort?

Delphi Resort lacks a pool. The closest swimming pool is in Westport at Westport Leisure Park, which is open every day of the week.

Are pets welcome in Delphi Resort?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the Resort.

Are dinner reservations required in advance for Delphi?

We do advise making reservations as soon as you can because the restaurant is quite popular and walk-ins are not guaranteed.
