About the Shopping Centre

Galway Shopping Centre on the Headford Road was the first centre of its kind to be established in the city. With almost 100 shops, it is one of the largest shopping malls in the west of Ireland. Stores range from major retailers including Tesco, Penny’s, Dealz, Boots to smaller retailers of every description such as Specsavers, Tiger, Eason, Dorothy Perkins, O’Brien’s Wines. There are also plenty of places to eat with Supermacs, Subway, Insomnia within the complex. For entertainment, the Planet has ten pin bowling, pool tables and computer games. IMC Cinema Galway is a location 1 minute walk from Galway Shopping Centre too. Peak Physique, as the name suggests, is a city gym which is very popular in Galway.

There are extensive car parking facilities, with spaces for 800 cars are also available and opening hours are from 9am to 6pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays with late openings until 9pm every Thursday and Friday.
