Cúirt International Festival of Literature features an eclectic and exciting range of Irish and international writers for which Cúirt is renowned. This years Cúirt will take place from 24-29 April 2012.
The 2012 edition of Cúirt will cast a look back at the past with an evocative exhibition of recordings and images from the festival’s rich history. The Town Hall theatre is just one of the many venues that will be a hub of activity for the week of the event.
Cúirt’s new associations with The New Yorker and Granta will see several irresistible voices in short fiction and memoir visit Galway to read from, and discuss their work.
Alongside readings in poetry and prose, the packed programme will feature a wide range of launches, exhibitions, readings for younger people and special events in theatre and film, making Galway the place to be in late April.
