Galway Bay On Ice is back this Christmas and promises to be bigger and better than ever. The ice rink will be open to the public from 27th November 2010 until 9th January 2010.
Visitors can expect to see Galway’s Spanish Arch area transformed into one of Ireland’s premier Christmas attractions with one massive 700m squared ice rink and a festive market to enjoy. This seasonal event will provide fun for all the family.
Situated in the historic 'Claddagh' area of the city, the ice rink and marketplace is located where the mighty river Corrib meets the even mightier Atlantic Ocean.
