About the Tour Operator

The Galway Whiskey Tour brings you through a fascinating time in Galway city’s long history for distilling Irish whiskey. The tour chronicles whiskey distillation in Galway city and the families responsible for distilling Irish whiskey during the late 1700’s, 1800’s and early 1900’s. The tour provides insight into life in Galway during this rich era of Galways history. Private group bookings are welcome and we can also provide additional tour dates & times on request. Tours every Tuesday, Friday & Saturday starting at 2pm.

Starting location at the Spanish Arch. Tickets can be purchased on site before start of tour. Ensure to email confirmation of attendance in advance.
