Cuba is a popular three floor nightclub caterng for all tastes but is a favourite with the students. Bar 903 opens late until after 2am with excellent DJ's. Comedy club Sunday nights. Over the years Cuba has hosted live band and DJ sets from artists such as Groove Armada, The Klaxons, Bloc Party, Calvin Harris, Ash, The Frames, Crystal Castles, The Frames, Bell X1. Connemara a vast region where you will meet a man with a very original personaiity, Willie Leahy; the very incarnation of an lrish horseman, who will be your guide during a week or more of trekking through the gaelic West. For beginners and experienced riders alike, Willie Leahy provides the suitable horse and leads you to the discovery of the Connemara / Coast Trails. Six days or more of exciting and relaxing holidays, where, after you spending four to six hours a day on horseback, you are accommodated in luxurious hotels or guesthouses while the horses graze freely in a nearby field. <br><br>Guided by this friendly centaure, you cross the wild green hills, the rust coloured bogs through which, alone an experienced man knows his way. Among castle and manor ruins and along mountain paths, there is a picnic stop. The Trails are not confined to horselovers. On demand, many activities such as river fishing and deep-sea fishing, golf, cycling, mountain climbing or walking the little deserted roads, swimming etc. can be organised. Non-riders will meet their riding Partners every evening to share their daily experience in the hotel pub.

Situated in the West of Ireland in County Galway, Connemara National Park covers some 2,957 hectares of scenic mountains, expanses of bogs, heaths, grasslands and woodlands. Some of the Park's mountains, namely Benbaun, Bencullagh, Benbrack and Muckanaght, are part of the famous Twelve Bens or Beanna Beola range. Connemara National Park was established and opened to the public in 1980.

Galway Bay On Ice is an annual event in Galway City. Visitors to the city in December and January can expect to see Galway’s Spanish Arch area transformed into one of Ireland’s premier Christmas attractions with one massive 700m2 ice rink and a festive Christmas Market to enjoy. This magical ice skating event is ideal Christmas fun for the whole family with full catering facilities on site too! Situated at Nimmo's Pier in Galway City, in the historic 'Claddagh' area of the city, the rink and marketplace is located in an idyllic setting where the mighty river Corrib meets the even mightier Atlantic Ocean.
