"Explorer" is a custom-designed 54' ocean-going sailing vessel which was built in Germany, and combines a round-table business meeting facility with a team challenge. The challenge demonstrates the impact of good communication. "Explorer" sails on Clew Bay, one of the most beautiful seascapes in the world. Our company, Leaders Charters Ltd. provides a unique and highly creative environment for hosting exclusive business meetings and events. In the course of the onboard business meeting, business executives will learn how to crew an ocean-going yacht on a passage to one of Clew Bay's off-shore islands. A customised itinerary will be prepared in consultation with individual clients to accommodate their specific needs. As well as two-day events, we also cater for one-day events such as product launch meetings, task force or project team kick-off meetings, key customer advisory or focus group events, and high-performance sales incentive meetings. See our website for a sample two-day itinerary for an onboard business meeting.
