Creole Restaurant is located in the popular dining district of Galway City centre called the westend. Creole offers a dining experience that is unrivalled in the city. Locally born Chef Danny Craughwell recreated the delicious cuisine of the American South, using locally sourced produce and farm reared animals where possible. Seafood is prominently featured on the menu, with a daily seafood special. Vegetarians and those with special dietary needs such as Coelaics are also well catered for. The restaurant is located in Lady Gregory's former townhouse it has a beautiful ambiance with a warm Irish/Southern welcome!
