Food on the Edge is a two day symposium for chefs & food enthusiasts from all around the world. It is a coming together of chefs to listen, talk, debate and network over two days in Galway. Open to the public. The event involves 15-minute talks from the leading lights of the food industry with panel discussions, masterclasses and networking activity. This year’s event will also feature an artisan food village that will showcase Irish food produce.
