Tours of Lough Corrib, the Republic of Ireland’s largest lake, include visits to Ashford Castle, Cong, Oughterard and Inchagoil Island. Tours from Cong sail on the 80 passenger vessel “The Isle Of Inisfree” while cruise tours from Oughterard sail on the 50 passenger “Corrib Queen 2”. Both ships offer fully licensed bars and onboard toilet facilities with great views from their outdoor upper decks and shelter and heating should the weather turn in the lower enclosed deck.
