About the Corrib Princess Cruise ⛴
The Corrib Princess is a leisure boat designed to take 157 passenger over two decks. The main lounge has seating for over 80 passengers while the sun deck on top can cater for 70 passengers. There is a full bar on board as well as a tea and coffee service.
The sightseeing tour takes about 90 minutes. The tours run from May – October and depart at 2.30pm and 4.30pm from Woodquay. There is also another additional sailing during the peak Summer months.
The Corrib Princess can also cater for corporate functions, product launches, cocktail cruises, wedding receptions, birthday parties etc.
Woodquay is not far from the Corrib Shopping Centre, about a 10 minute walk from Eyre Square in the heart of the city centre. It advisable to firstly to confirm the sailing time of cruise and to turn up approx 15 minutes before hand. Tickets for the boat can be bought on board.

Where does the Corrib Princess board from?
We board and depart from Steamer’s Quay, Waterside, Woodquay, and Galway City. This is on the opposite bank of the river from Galway Cathedral, next to the Commercial Boat Club. The dock has no ticket office or a ticket counter.
Does the Corrib Princess have toilets?
Yes, we have both a men’s and a women’s restroom on board, but there are no wheelchair-accessible restrooms.
Is there car parking near the Corrib Princess?
Only buses and coaches may be parked on the quay. On-street parking spaces are available on Waterside and Woodquay streets. If you plan to stay in Galway City after your cruise, there are additional large parking lots nearby at the Cathedral and Dyke Road with more than 500 places and affordable daily prices.
Can kids go on the Corrib Princess?
Yes, everyone of any age can enjoy the cruise. Young children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult.
Are drinks allowed on board the Corrib Princess?
No alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages are allowed to be taken on board. Drinks for infants and toddlers are allowed on board.
Can you have food onboard the Corrib Princess?
On our daily tourist sailings, we provide some sweets and snacks but no full meals. Bring your own sandwiches with you when traveling. For party reservations of 20 or more, we can offer scones or sandwiches. On our private hire cruises, we may also offer catering, including finger meals, a complete BBQ, desserts, etc.
