BlackCat is a unique and award-winning “Wine-Tapas-Jazz” establishment located in a historic 200-year-old building at 179 Upper Salthill Road (H91 WR8Y). Known for its sultry, relaxed atmosphere and ambient jazz tunes, the restaurant specialises in Mediterranean-style tapas crafted from the finest local Irish ingredients. Under the direction of Chef Leon Mellsop, the kitchen creates inventive small plates featuring fresh seafood from Ali’s Fishmarket and quality meats from Castlemine Farm and The Friendly Farmer.
