What happened with Cannonball in 2025

Cannonball Ireland 2025 delivered a spectacular three-day motoring adventure across the country. The journey kicked off on Friday, 12th September, at Johnstown Estate, Co. Meath, with highlights including a lunch stop at Ballymaloe House in Cork before finishing in Kerry. On Saturday, participants set off from Killarney, pausing in Limerick and a mystery lunch stop, before reaching Sligo Town Centre in the evening. The final day, Sunday 14th September, began at Rosses Point, with a luxurious stop at Slieve Russell Hotel in Cavan, a fuel break in Kells, and a thrilling finale in Naas Town Centre, Co. Kildare.

Where can you see the cars? 🏎️

There is no official stop planned for Galway but you may be lucky enough to see the convoy travelling northwards from Clare to Sligo on September 13.

What to expect at Cannonball 2026

Cannonball, fuelled by milesPLUS from Circle K, is the largest charity road trip in Europe and has raised €1,300,000 for Irish charities to date. Enjoy getting up close to supercars and novelty cars, and take part in free family festivals, meet as the Cannonball run travels over 1000km of Irish roads with the aim of raising over €1,000,000 for Irish charities.

See dozens of dream cars from Ford GT’s, Lamborgini’s, Ferrari’s, Aston Martin’s, McLaren’s, Porche’s, Bentley’s and Rolls Royce’s, roll in Galway on Saturday evening. There will be a record amount of Lamborghinis this year with the Lamborghini Huracan versions STO, EVO, Performante, and Fluo Capsule as well as the Lamborghini Urus and Urus model S on display.
