Dip at Dawn

About the charity swim event

Dip at Dawn is expected to return this year on 21st June at 4:30am at Silverstrand Beach, Galway. Participants will gather at sunrise to greet the morning sun with a short yoga session followed by a dip in the sea in an effort to raise awareness and funds in aid of Galway Simon Community. The Yoga Sun Salutation will be led by Yoga Shala co-owner, Laragh Cunningham and her team, while Caitriona Lynch of Ebb and Flow will lead the dip in the sea.

100% of proceeds will go directly towards Galway Simon Community’s accommodation and support services in Galway.
