New Inn Mummers Festival

Traditional festival in East Galway 👨‍🌾

The 46th New Inn Mummers Festival, celebrating the music, song, dance, and storytelling of Irish culture, takes place in the New Inn Leisure Centre on the first weekend of January.

Initially started over four decades ago as a fundraiser to help raise funds to build the local Community Centre, today the proceeds of the festival help maintain and develop the Centre, as well as contributing some additional funds to local charities.
