Omey Dash Triathalon / Duathlon

Triathalon unconfirmed for 2023

The Omey Dash is probably the most scenic triathalon / duathlon in the West. The race starts with a 0.75km swim on Omey Strand. Then there is a 24km cycle which takes in the beautiful scenic areas of Omey, Claddaghduff, Leegaun, Streamstown, Cleggan Village, Aughrismore and ends back at Omey Strand where the participants start the 5km run across the beautiful Omey Strand and onto Omey Island. The race finishes back on the strand again.

Come along and join in the fun. Presentation of prizes, food, music, craic and more at Sweeney’s Strand Bar in Claddaghduff after the race.
