Outset Gallery proudly presents the Outset Xmas Open (OXO) 2025, Ireland’s largest open-call winter exhibition, taking place in the Cornstore, in the heart of Galway City. Bringing together both emerging and established artists from Ireland and abroad, OXO 2025 will showcase a vibrant mix of contemporary visual art across multiple mediums. Following the remarkable success of last year’s exhibition—which featured over 150 works by 140 artists chosen from more than 950 submissions—this year’s edition promises to be even more ambitious and inclusive. The exhibition provides an exceptional platform for public engagement, inviting visitors to explore, appreciate, and purchase original works directly from artists. In addition, OXO 2025 will include a series of awards recognising artistic excellence, offering recipients opportunities for solo exhibitions and special collaborations with local businesses and partner venues, further supporting creativity and cultural exchange within Galway’s thriving art scene.
