Cycling sportive in Connemara 🚵

Tour de Conamara is the Irish leg of a new international cycling sportive held in Clifden Connemara, with the option of 140km and 80km routes. A 14km Family cycle with free cycling tuition for kids will be hosted during the weekend making it a cycling weekend with something for everyone

Starting and finishing in Clifden, it is Ireland’s most pictureseque sportive that bring cyclists along the Epic Connemara coast, lakes, valleys and mountains. The event is part of the ŠKODA Celtic Cycle Series.

2024 Cycling Tour details

Scheduled for Saturday, May 25, 2024, the ŠKODA Tour de Connemara 2024 promises an exhilarating cycling experience, setting the stage with both start and finish lines nestled in the charming town of Clifden, Connemara. This cycling extravaganza offers participants the choice of two scenic routes—80km or 140km—immersing them in Ireland’s captivating landscapes, showcasing its majestic mountains, serene lakes, lush valleys, and breathtaking coastal views. It’s no wonder that this event is celebrated as Ireland’s premier scenic sportive.

Public registration opens its doors on January 1, 2024. Eventmaster will issue a special registration code in early December. To guarantee participation in this eagerly anticipated race, cyclists can enter this code ahead of the official event registration commencement on January 1.
