How many people can play at once?
Most rooms accommodate 2 to 6 or 8 players. For very large groups or corporate events, you can book multiple rooms simultaneously to accommodate up to 26 people at the same time.
Is there an age limit for the escape rooms?
Black 11 is a family-friendly venue. While the puzzles are designed for adults and teenagers, children are welcome. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and kids under 7 join for free.
What happens if we get stuck on a puzzle?
Each room is monitored by “Escape Wizards” via security cameras. If your team is struggling, they can provide subtle hints through the in-room screens to help keep the game moving without spoiling the fun.
