The Ballyryan and Ailladie which are located On the Lisdoonvarna to Ballyvaughan road and also the Scailp na Seisri close to Bell Harbour, which is a good option when the weather is wet and wild, because it is in a gorge it is relatively sheltered even in the worst of weathers. Rockclimbing lessons generally run for two hours with a basic introduction to equipment, safety procedures and climbing techniques. Normally beginners get 2 to 3 climbs and an abseil or two in this time. Weekly courses and sessions are also available.
