They promise to never serve pasta with tomato sauce out of a jar, to use as many yummy veggies as they can get their hands on and to flexible with dishes to make them vegetarian friendly. They promise to make their own Gluten Free bread and source freshly prepared Gluten Free Cakes. <br/><br/>

Shortly after opening, 37 West in Newcastle ihas quickly established itself as the place to eat for breakfast, brunch, lunch or just to grab a coffee and a tasty healthy treat. The brainchild of business woman Gill Carroll, 37 west was born out a vision and dream of a woman who had worked in hospitality and retail for over 10 years but wanted to forge her own path and express her personality through healthy food.
