The motto of 37 West is “Healthy is the New Sexy” which is proving to be a successful offering for this restaurant situated opposite the entrance to Galway University. This reasonably priced restaurant has made a number of promises on what customers can expect of their food.<br/><br/> They promise to never serve pasta with tomato sauce out of a jar, to use as many yummy veggies as they can get their hands on and to flexible with dishes to make them vegetarian friendly. They promise to make their own Gluten Free bread and source freshly prepared Gluten Free Cakes. <br/><br/> In general they promise to make your belly so excited with their healthy foods and make you feel you are not missing out. <br/><br/> Shortly after opening, 37 West in Newcastle ihas quickly established itself as the place to eat for breakfast, brunch, lunch or just to grab a coffee and a tasty healthy treat. The brainchild of business woman Gill Carroll, 37 west was born out a vision and dream of a woman who had worked in hospitality and retail for over 10 years but wanted to forge her own path and express her personality through healthy food.

An Tobar Nua is an Irish and American café and coffee shop in a great location, one street away from the historic Claddagh and overlooking the canal in Galway City's popular West end. Breakfast is served all day. the cooked breakfast options include the mega breakfast, breakfast rolls and omelettes. Visitors can also choose something hot off the grill such as hotdogs, burgers and 'Tex Mex' favourites. It also offers great value meal deals.<br/><br/> A full range of hot & iced coffees, teas, sodas, speciality drinks and more provide refreshment any time of the day! An Tobar Nua's superb customer service is a highlight and the friendly staff members are always welcoming and ready to chat. McCambridge's also does wonderful hampers for all occasions and can custom make a hamper to your specific requirements.<br/><br/> To top it all, their cafe/restaurant upstairs from the shop uses the finest local ingredients to produce a range of modern Irish dishes, with Mediterranean influences.
